Shipping Policy

US orders ship from Henderson, Nevada via UPS Ground or whatever you choose at checkout.
Typical transit: 1–4 business days after the order is packed (usually same
day or next day if you order before 2pm PT).

International orders ship via UPS Worldwide Expedited.
Typical transit: 3–10 business days. I'll usually upgrade you to a faster
service if it's available for a comparable price, no extra charge.

Tracking is emailed automatically when the label is created.

Customs and duties: International customers are responsible for any duties,
VAT, or import taxes charged by their country.

Lost or damaged in transit? Email kevin@jumperless.org and I'll get a
replacement out to you immediately.

Special requests, rush shipping, weird addresses, or anything else — just
email kevin@jumperless.org and we'll figure it out.
